About The Job

HR is an integrated part of the organization, and you will have both operational and strategic tasks within Talent Acquisition. You will be a part of a continuous journey to move from a post-and-pray approach, to work proactively with headhunting ourselves, partnering with the business to in the best possible way deliver the best quality talents that matches their needs, and on time.

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Attract and engage potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn).
• Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost per hire) and optimize processes.
• Promote diverse and equitable hiring practices.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Continuously enhance talent acquisition practices and systems.
• Drive employee branding activities.

You will report to Head of HR in Framo and will be based at Askøy with support to our sites at Fusa, Flatøy and Holsnøy. Also, with dotted lines to the Talent Acquisition Manager for Denmark, you will support all sites in Sweden and Denmark, if needed.

What You Know

To succeed in this position, you:

• Possess 3 + years in full cycle recruiting, ideally in a global and complex environment
• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree (finance, administration, business or similar). Relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
• Have well versed stakeholder management experience
• Hold solid sourcing skills with a strong track record of converting passive candidates into hires by using key recruiting tools and recruiting talent marketing channels such as ATS, LinkedIn and social media etc.
• Are data driven with the ability to use data in support of making informed hiring decisions
• Ideally possess Employer Branding experience
• Are a strong communicator with excellent Norwegian and English skills both oral and written.
