On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Document Controller

Job Description:

• Registration and follow-up of both Supplier & Engineering documentation
• Advise project personnel of the document management requirements
• Document progress reporting
• Follow-up of Supplier document deliveries
• Produce Master Document Registers (MDR’s) for issue to Client

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (any field) and/or minimum 3 years working experience within LCI/Document Control
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas or related industry

Personal traits:

• Competence in document management systems ProArc & STID
• Good command of both Norwegian and English languages
• Familiar with EqHub
• Proactive and service minded

Language:

• English
• Norwegian
