Service Spare Part Planner

In the role as Service Spare Part Planner, you will be a part of the Service Workshop Team for Service in Brattvåg. You will be responsible for the delivery of products and services at the right time, to the right cost and lead time as well as supporting our customers and our spare part department. You will also collaborate closely with our manufacturing and planning departments.

You will be part of our Global Customer Support division which is responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes services, upgrades and support in the aftermarket. Our 2300 employees are present in 35 different countries around the world. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades and spare parts in order to secure availability and predictability to our customers.

Key accountabilities

• Plan and coordinate material flow in the factory using our ERP-system
• Communicate progress with stakeholders
• Production planning and follow-up of the production of components for our aftermarket department
  
  

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant degree or experience from production planning
• Good ERP understanding and skilled in MS office
• Knowledge about D365 finance and operations is considered an advantage
• Fluent communication skills in Norwegian and English is a requirement
• Positive, flexible and with great work capacity
  
  

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
