We are changing the way goods and services are stored across the globe and are pushing borders to increase efficiency, safety, and develop new products for our customers. We are experiencing rapid and strong growth and are currently looking for a Spare Parts and Process Coordinator who will play an important role in the global AutoStore Service and Support Team.

The Spare Parts and Process Coordinator at AutoStore will collaborate closely with the R&D team to identify and develop spare part kits for new modules, ensuring efficient support for global regional teams. This role also involves maintaining spare part strategies, process improvements, and technical expertise. You will report to our Service Change Manager and work on a global level making sure our regional teams are supported the best way possible.

Key tasks and responsibilities

- Spare Part Strategy:

• Maintain and improve our current spare part portfolio.
• Identify and create new spare part kits
• Work together with R&D in identifying spare part kits for new modules
• Establish 10-year refurbishment plan for all our modules
• Make sure our partners have the necessary tools to generate recommended spare part lists
• Explore possibilities of linking spare part recommendations directly to our monitoring system
• Spare part forecasting tool for our partners based on actual system usage
• Provide input on service schedules, service manuals and preventive maintenance

- Root Cause Analysis based on cases in our CRM portal

- Improvement projects for Service and Support

- Maintain and improving AutoStore Service and Support processes and procedures

Key qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree within mechanical or mechatronics or trade certificate as a mechanic is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Significant advantage If you have work experience in the automotive industry as mechanics and with spare parts
• Proficient in English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical
• Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific. Experience using PowerBI is beneficial
• Proficient in using various tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce, and other relevant software or tools
