Broker - Marine & Offshore Energy

Our Marine & Energy team in Norway is based in Oslo and Bergen serving Norwegian and international Shipping and Oil & Gas clients. Our portfolio of clients is expanding rapidly and therefore we are strengthening our team and are looking for an additional Broker to join our team in either Oslo or Bergen.

The Role

As a WTW broker, you will play a central role in further developing our Marine & Energy business and strengthening our market position. Your responsibilities will include working within a broad team, giving professional insurance advice to clients and conducting placement of relevant insurance products in the global Marine & Energy insurance markets. We are looking for candidates who will add value to our professional team and support the greater sales goals, for negotiations with insurers and transaction management on behalf of clients

About You

You have:

• Strong degree of competence in Marine and/or Energy related insurances
• Experience in account management
• A desire to collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve team goals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in English, as well as one of the Scandinavian languages
