Well Service Specialist Offshore

1. Reporting line
The Well Service Specialist reports to Field Service Supervisor.

2. Role
This role will be to prepare, travel and perform the specific Operation planned for the client.

3. Key responsibilities

• Stay abreast with Oiltools product portfolio, its procedures and key functionalities.
• Prepare running Bottom Hole Assemblies, on location in accordance with the job and equipment requirements.
• Check equipment offshore for damage, according to delivery notes and offshore checklists.
• Run Archer Oiltools products according to procedures and guidelines.
• Deliver report and relevant documents in timely fashion after project completion.
• Be able to present Archer Oiltools equipment in detail to clients.
• Role requires travelling, work offshore and abroad.
• Able to perform jobs from our IO centre.
• Participate in Field Trial and Testing of new equipment.
• Participate in Archer Oiltools and clients HSE work.

• Skilled work license as Well technician, Mechanic or similar.
• Advantage of experience in TCP, section milling or whipstock operations.
• Courses and field experience may compensate for lack of formal education.

• 5 years equivalent experience.

• Valid offshore health certificate and offshore safety training.
• Good verbal & written English.
• General IT and Office skills.

• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Good mechanical understanding.
• Strong QHSE focus.
• Able to work individual as well as in team.
