Our office in Bergen is now looking for a Project Lead.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure that the Project is performed focused on HSSE and quality aspects and within the budgets & forecasts
• Focus on financial results for Client and own Company
• Ensure focus on functional design solutions with respect to overall system functionality and operability, HSSE aspects and constructability & cost reduction
• Ensure that milestone reviews are performed for critical milestones with focus on Execution Key Deliverables and Management Key Deliverables
• Implement corrective actions as necessary / as agreed
• Ensure that the Project is performed in accordance with the project execution model and in accordance with schedule

We think you should have:

• Bachelor or master’s degree with 5-10 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of Norwegian relevant legislation and standards
• Good communication skills written/spoken in both Norwegian and English
• A commercial behaviour and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethics and a proactive attitude
• The ability to see solutions together with meeting customer expectations and requirements
• The competency to be accurate, flexible, and organized
• Leader skills and experience
• Customer mindset and broad experience with project leadership
