Our new Group Controller will consolidate business area including 9 subsidiaries in Europe, North America, and Asia in addition to the parent company in Norway. You will have a central position in the Finance team collectively covering financial reporting, Accounting, Treasury, Project controlling and Tax. You will also be central in reinforcing financial control in the global organization, perform analysis and follow up on the consolidated financial reporting and contribute to efficient operations in our Finance teams globally.

Other tasks and responsibilities include:

• Responsible for developing internal control, and initiate efficiency improvements.
• Manage projects on behalf of the Finance & Accounting department and participate in strategic projects within the Finance function overall.
• Assist with annual audits and monthly close process, preparation of financial statements and tax return.
• Key role for maintaining and developing accounting policies globally.
• Provide accounting reviews, -assessments and -support to subsidiaries.
• Preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Advise within topics related to financial reporting, IFRS and tax.

This role will be located at our headquarter in Lysaker, reporting to Group Accounting Director.

The right candidate for this role holds:

• Master´s degree within Finance, Accounting and/or Auditing
• Have minimum 3 years relevant experience from working in a Big Four audit company and/or a larger global organization.
• Interest and knowledge for topics within financial reporting and consolidation, tax and transfer pricing
• Good communication skills, orally and written, in both Norwegian and English is a prerequisite.
