Are you Snøhetta`s new HR Operation Consultant?
Snøhetta is looking for an operative, analytic, engaged, and friendly HR Operations Consultant to support our fantastic group of creative experts within the world's leading disciplines of Architecture, Interior Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Product Design, Graphic and Digital Design.
As an HR Operations Consultant at Snøhetta, you play a crucial role as an operational support function for our day-to-day HR operations. Your responsibilities include closely monitoring personnel and processes ensuring that we meet both internal and external expectations.
Your primary goal is to consistently enhance the quality of our HR processes, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Your approach to both people and procedures should reflect our organizational culture: cooperative, inspirational, and prideful in your work.
We are seeking an individual with a naturally sociable disposition who is enthusiastic about showcasing the value HR can bring to the entire organization. You should be creative, solution oriented and innovative, especially when confronted with situations without a predefined answer.
You will be responsible for supporting all disciplines on:
- Operational day-to-day HR work and follow-up on people and processes.
- Administration and coordination of recruitment processes.
- Onboarding, ongoing and offboarding all employees and following up on and optimizing HR core processes.
- Operationally responsible for effective compliance with the Snøhetta Employee Lifecycle.
- Support on leaves of absence, pension, insurance, and employee benefits.
- Operational responsible for compliance with local working regulation agreements.
- Support stakeholders and the organization in various HSE-related inquiries.
- Support Employee Representative and AMU on request.
- Support the Office Manager in tasks and processes in case of absence.
- Managerial support on request.
- Responsible for keeping up to date in systems, programs and regislations.
Formal qualifications:
- Completed education at a minimum of Bachelor level in the field of HR.
- Good knowledge of the Norwegian Working Environment Act and other relevant legislation and agreement.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience from working with HR.
- There is an advantage with experience from creative businesses.

- Strong English skills, both oral and written.
