People & Organisation Coordinator
Do you like working with people, systems and processes? Are you flexible, self-driven and motivated by learning and development? Then you might be the P&O Coordinator we are looking for.
The role will provide support on initiatives and programs to support organizational effectiveness as well as deliver the activities of the department, aiming at the satisfaction of onshore and offshore employees.
Some of the things you will be doing
- Solve ongoing personnel issues in a flexible way
- Adminster offshore crew manning plans and travel logistics
- Support and participate in recruitment processes
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process
- Prepare relevant reports and statistics
- Keep the HR system updated with relevant information regarding personnel
- Contribute to development of the HR system according to needs
- Follow up Manning Agents
- Assist P&O Advisors and deptartment managers as required
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant education
- Advanced English language
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relations, manage ambiguity and create effective and practical solutions for the business
- Committed to highest level of business ethics and integrity
- High degree of efficiency and flexibility
- Able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills
