The ocean space will be key in the energy transition. At Ocean Installer we have a long track record with successful delivery of large complex subsea projects around the world. We will continue to support our Oil & Gas clients and at the same time leverage our broad experience in the ocean space. We aim to transition with existing and new clients into renewables focusing on carbon capture and floating wind.
Your contribution
ENGINEERING
- Deliver engineering and design documentation, including planning and execution, of relevant subsea construction and installation operations as part of a multi-discipline project team
- Deliver defined scopes within following segments:
-Subsea Umbilicals, Risers and Flowlines (SURF) - Remote Subsea tie-ins - Topside pull-in
-Installation of Subsea structures
-Tow operations -Mooring operations
-Renewables
-Decommission
-IMR
- Tendering support on a range of work scopes
- Provide timely input to other disciplines e.g. dynamic installation analysis, structural design work and drafting
- Support to package management and follow up of subcontractors, including specifying, ordering and follow up delivery/manufacturing of SURF products
HSEQ & RISK ASSESSMENT
- Deliver consistent, efficient and high-quality engineering driving safety and overall performance
- Present technical solutions at design reviews and risk assessments
- Provide input to project risk identification, assessment and management process
PROCUREMENT
- Specify the procurement items that are required for your work scope
- Perform subcontractor follow up for delivery of products or installation aids related to your work scope in an adequate and well documented manner
OFFSHORE
- Attend offshore trips onboard construction vessels
Your story
- Min. 2 years of experience within a technical occupation
- Engineering degree, Master or Bachelor
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Results oriented with the ability to act decisively
- Organised and able to manage their time effectively
- Good collaboration and communication skills
