Manager Process - Global IT Infrastructure

Job Description

The IT Infrastructure department (ITI) is responsible for global infrastructure deliveries and operations in Statkraft. Within the department there is now a newly established position available as Manager Process, reporting to Head of Strategic Governance and Support (ITIS). As a member of the ITIS management team, you will contribute to the overall management, development, and follow-up of our core ITIL processes, contributing to continuous improvement of operational quality for Statkraft’s IT services.

We are seeking a skilled, structured, and experienced person with a proven track record in IT service management and ITIL process work. The process team is responsible for performing the day-to-day overall management of the agreed operational ITIL processes and the manager of the process team will be responsible for the overall performance and development of the team and processes. Additionally, you will need to be flexible and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Line management responsibilities for ITIS process
• Support the team members in their career progression, nurture development, and help them ralize their potential
• As a member of the ITIS management team, you will contribute to reaching the overall strategic and operational goals of the department
• Build successful relationships with other key IT and business stakeholders
• Responsible for the agreed ITIL processes in Statkraft globally 
• Build process awareness in the organization through training and programs
• Responsible for developing and implementing new processes in our organization  

Qualifications

• University degree within relevant fields (relevant work experience may compensate for lack of formal education)
• Ten or more years of experience in IT
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Fluent in Norwegian and English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions
• Experience with Service Now is an advantage
• Solicits feedback from others to improve their performance

Statkraft manages critical infrastructure and services in several countries. The applicant must be eligible for security clearance and authorisation.
