Test Manager, Release Management Team in Core Banking Loans & Leasing

The Core Banking team supports the Banks business development, application maintenance as well as operations.

This position will be a good opportunity for personal development and provide a unique opportunity to extend knowledge of the Bank's financial products and processes related to our Nordic View21 core banking platform.
As a Test Manager you will be responsible for planning, coordination and execution of test activities related to upgrade of our assets in cooperation with stakeholders. In addition, you will develop and maintain an efficient test framework aligned with best practice and Nordic test policies.Tasks and responsibilities in the role include:As part of the team, you will also contribute to the Bank's continuous improvement. You will improve our test processes and setup to enable delivery of continuous software upgrades.

• Build a successful Nordic Test team and secure necessary internal capabilities
• Manage test strategies for View21
• Use Azure DevOps as a test management tool, and maintain user access for testers and stakeholders
• Create test plans, ensure test execution, and coordinate test activities
• Reporting; status and end test reports
• Manage and follow up on reported changes, bugs and bugfixes both during and between upgrades
• Ensure agreed quality on our deliverables
• Ensure maintenance of regression test cases
• Maintain test plan according to new release from software supplier (add to test plan for future upgrade)
• Identify opportunities and drive initiatives that will increase quality and speed up test execution

When evaluation candidates, we will emphasize the following experience, traits and qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within test management
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tool
• Background / knowledge from programming and/or technical testing (preferable)

You must be able to communicate well in the languages Norwegian, Swedish or Danish in addition to EnglishWhat we offer
