About us and our mission

We are the Tech Family "Financial Value Chain" in the Tech & Services organization in DNB. Our Tech Family consists of 70 team members with a diverse and multi-cultural background. We have a special passion for data, and we are always looking to improve our ways of working when developing our new financial data platform and deliver excellent Data Products, EPM & ERP capabilities to our users. Now we need more people to strengthen our flow and agile practices to the next level. You will be a vital part of our team and DNBs investment into a modern financial value chain empowering Group Finance & Group Risk to deliver world class Accounting-, Management- and Regulatory reporting. Our new technology stack is very modern and built in the cloud using leading edge cloud services, tools, and methodologies.

Your responsibility as a Agile Delivery Lead

As a Agile Delivery Lead you will be responsible for an overview of total Demands deliveries, team capacity and limit work in progress in collaboration with our technical coordinators and Team Leads. You are enablement of lean agile practices in collaborating with Team- and Tech Leads. Introduce and coach use of DevOps practices to increase flow in our deliveries and operations. Be a champion of the lean agile mindset across the organisation through guilds and towards our stakeholders. You can see the big picture in combination with our incremental deliveries. You have experience with agile development and management of cross functional team's deliveries. Eager to arrange social activities and knowledge sharing in our Tech Family.

You like to work with people and know what it takes to create a collaborative culture and growth mindset in each team and across teams. You understand that it is not all about technology and processes, but also about people. You stand accountable, are responsible, and invest in your colleagues. Your background and skills

We are looking for a Agile Delivery Lead that have hands-on experience/recognize yourself in several of the following areas:

• Have minimum 5 years of relevant experience within agile, lean, devops, agile coaching and ways of working.
• Good understanding of demand management and Jira workflows/practices like kanban/scrum
• Experience with management of cross functional development teams
• Good understanding of CI/CD practices and use of automation tools/frameworks to increase flow.
• You are curious about new processes and practices. You're not afraid of suggesting an idea that causes change. Just because it's not the ‘norm', doesn't mean it's not a better way of working.
• Experience from offshore delivery model and multi culture teams
• Good communication skills, proficiency in English
