Customer Success Manager - where impact meets opportunity
Propeople, an application by Ascertra AS, is undergoing substantial growth in its client base. We are currently in search of a Customer Success Manager to join our compact team and support our clients in maximizing the benefits of our software solutions.
In the capacity of a Customer Success Manager at ProPeople, your role will be crucial in securing our clients' success through enhancing their utilization and contentment with our web-based planning and competency management application. You will serve as the main liaison for our clients, guiding them in fully harnessing our platform's potential and reaching their business objectives.
We are seeking an individual who embodies a strong service-oriented and customer-focused attitude, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and drive actions. This person approaches tasks with a methodical and systematic mindset, proactively planning and establishing clear priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition to our platform. Understand their specific needs in planning and competency management.
- Product Training: Provide comprehensive training sessions for clients to maximize their understanding and usage of our web application.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their goals and challenges, and providing strategic guidance.
- Customer Support: Handle client inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Product Feedback: Gather feedback and insights from clients to contribute to shaping product improvements and developments. Advocate for clients' needs within the company.
- User Behavior Analysis: Monitor customer usage data and proactively identify opportunities for clients to optimize their planning and competency management processes.
- Renewals and Upselling: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewals and upselling of additional features or services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, or relevant experience as a rotation coordinator.
- Demonstrated experience in customer success/account management, or solid understanding of planning and competency management principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for ensuring customer success.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
