Team Assistant

In Norway, we now have over 100 employees. Our largest ongoing projects include ERTMS, which is Norway's largest public digitization project. All of Norway's railway lines will receive a common digital signaling system.
We are looking for a Team Assistant for our ERTMS project. The Team Assistant will support project management and the members of the project team. The role will be located in Siemens’ office at Oslo/Linderud (Østre Aker Veg 88).
Desired qualifications:
- excellent skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- strong text skills with accurate spelling and grammar both in Norwegian and English
- organised and structured personality, with a natural eye for keeping order
- ability to proactively provide assistance to ease the workload of others
- understanding of German would be a bonus
Typical tasks will be:
- organising and recording (MoMs) meetings
- booking of travels and registration of travel expenses
- supporting internal information sharing in the project
- preparing presentations
- administration and maintenance of SharePoint site, users and access rights
- handling of communication to and from customers and other collaboration partners
- collecting status information from project members and compile it into statistics and/or presentations
- organising and follow up of installation activities
- support for our leased cars fleet (e.g. delivery to/from service appointments, charging, washing)
- assisting in organising social events for the project members
- supporting project management and project staff releasing them from admin tasks
