Senior Automation Engineer

Main Tasks:

• We are looking for a skilled automation engineer to work in a large EPC project in the completion phase
• Coordinate and participate in testing of interface between Zenon HMI and other platform control systems
• Document solutions, findings and punches
• Follow-up punches and ensure progress
• Coordinate HMI completion activities with overall commissioning plan
• Coordinate suppliers of different control systems wrt site activities
• Participate in meetings
• Review vendor documentation

Qualifications:

• Education Bachelor degree
• Ex course
• FSE course
• Minimum 8 years' experience from automation engineering in green field projects located on Norwegian
• Continental Shelf
• Experience with test, verification and commissioning of control systems
• Extensive knowledge of automation design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK and IEC
• Experience with Zenon HMI is an advantage
• Efficient communicator, who communicate well in English - Both orally and in writing
• Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in team
• Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
• Proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
