Storebrand Bank is a strongly skilled team taking responsibility for all in-house developed solutions. The bank is experiencing strong growth and we are now strengthening our team with a senior frontend developer. Your work will have a direct impact on many thousands of customers every single day. About the role

As part of the Digital Bank Team, you will be exposed to a fast-paced environment, as we continuously innovate and push our fintech agenda. Storebrand Bank is a pure digital player, but we see the value in hybrid (partially advisor driven) solutions, so we aim to combine the best of both worlds to gain a competitive edge. The digital banking team today consists of 8 developers, some designers and 2 product managers, in addition to about 10 product experts/owners. As we grow, we will form more dedicated and focused teams working on specific challenges. Your tasks will vary based on the project at hand, and we promise it will never be boring. 75% of our technology stack is new, and we continue to replace legacy. We work "more agile than agile" and do what is needed at all times. Motivation and spirits in the team are high. Instead of sprints, we work with continuous deliveries in Kanban. We avoid working isolated but collaborate with the support of experienced architects and professionals. You can always fall back on one of the many members of the overall Storebrand Digital team. Everyone can suggest new approaches, be part of technology guilds, and take ownership. You need to be focused on the customer, make sure what you create provides value and long-term business success.
