At Ocean Installer we have a long track record with successful delivery of large complex subsea projects around the world. We will continue to support our Oil & Gas clients and at the same time leverage our broad experience in the ocean space. We aim to transition with existing and new clients into renewables focusing on carbon capture and floating wind.

Qualifications

Prepare and maintain procurement plans
Preparation of Inquiries, clarifications, evaluations and placing of orders
Follow up purchase orders including expediting, invoice payment
Commercial reporting to the project and final invoice
Keep the project personnel aware of the procurement status
Cooperate with Logistics department at all times to ensure timely delivery
Support overseas projects and travel to office locations
Participate on mobilisation on sites when required
Source potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Your story

Very strong negotiation skills
Organised and able to manage time to meet deadlines
Ability to adapt to changes and contribute to continuous improvements
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Educated to a degree level in the area of business/legal is preferred, although other recognised qualifications would be acceptable if combined with suitable experience.
