As the Activation and Insight Manager for our SME segment, your responsibilities will include a range of tasks aimed at driving value and growth. You will develop and implement strategies to increase the value of our existing SME customer base, while also identifying and targeting new SME customers, optimizing for growth and profitability. This involves designing and executing activation and upselling programs to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

By leveraging CRM and Marketing Cloud tools you will enable sales automation and additional upselling opportunities. To ensure the success of these initiatives, you will collaborate closely with data experts, CRM specialists, and marketing teams. Your role will require you to effectively communicate and package marketing messages, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and achieve desired results.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and continued growth for the SME segment. Through these combined efforts, you will contribute to the success of Vipps' SME businesses across Norway, Finland, and Denmark.

We are seeking an Activation and Insight Manager for our SME customers across Norway, Finland, and Denmark. If you have experience in commercial growth, data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, then we want to hear from you!



Qualifications:

  • Commercial experience in growing business for new and existing customers across multiple markets
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience in designing and implementing activation and upselling programs
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work closely with data experts, CRM specialists, marketing teams, and convey ideas effectively
  • Previous experience in the payment solutions industry, working with SME merchants in Scandinavian countries preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Marketing Cloud platforms,familiarity with Scandinavian business culture and languages desired
