The eMobilty team in Circle K is a corporate startup with a global reach. We are a part of a big company, and our team is the global hub for innovation within electric mobility. Our mission is to shape the future of electric mobility and make it easy for people to transition to electric vehicles. That mission does not limit us to provide charging solutions, but we are expected to explore every opportunity there is to help customers with the transition to electric mobility.

The eMobility team is now looking for two Product Managers to help shape the future of our eMobility business.

How we work in the Product Development team:

• Our own “eMobility rhythm” aligns independent teams towards common goals (using OKRs)

• We work in iterations to deliver value fast

• Prioritization is driven by quantitative insights: we use Mixpanel and Google Analytics

• We also use qualitative and business insights in our daily operations: customer interviews, market research and competitor analysis

• Our product teams are cross-functional, covering product management, UX, tech and agile coaching

• In our daily work, we use tools such as Slack, Figma, Miro, Jira and Confluence

• If something doesn’t work, we change the way we work

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from Product Management

• Knows the importance of working closely with customers

• Has the ability to discover the right problems to be solved  

• Is motivated to work with complex challenges

• Has collaborated closely with tech teams

• Takes decisions based on quantitative and qualitative insights

• Is fluent in English and proficient in one Scandinavian language

• Is enthusiastic and empathic, excellent communicator and collaborator

• Appreciates diversity and an international work environment

• Product experience in the B2B and internal tooling/platform space is a plus
