We at BARE by chef PAK are looking to extend our team. 

We are searching for an ambitious person who is aiming to further develop their skills within the food and beverage service industry. You will be a part of a professional team that has focus on the best guest experience with an emphasis on fine-dining food and drink service.

BARE by Chef PAK opened its doors in Bergen Børs hotel in August 2023, and has since received praise on a national and international level, being noted by Jancis Robinson and the Michelin Guide as an unmissable place to dine in Bergen. Executive head chef Vladimir Pak is a former sushi world champion, renowned throughout Norway for restaurants such as Sabi Omakase and Omakase by Vladimir Pak, which was awarded one Michelin star. BARE by Chef Pak offers omakase and izakaya-style set menus, with great emphasis placed on the local ingredients available to us here on the Norwegian west coast.
