We are now looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about creating extraordinary user experience and who thrives in the environment with innovation at the forefront. As a UX Designer, you will be playing central part in shaping the user experience for our SPARK software solutions . Your creative insights and user-centric approach will contribute to the success of Volue SPARK products and elevate our brand in the market.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

• You will conduct the research to gain insights into user needs and behaviours
• You will be a part of a growing SPARK team in Volue and work with domain experts, product managers and developers to define user requirements and translate them into design concepts.
• You will work closely with the rest of SPARK team to ensure consistency and logic in the overall user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX design.
• Advocate for user-focused design principles and contribute to the overall improvement of the design process within Volue

What you need to succeed:

•  Relevant education combined with minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in developing user experiences for digital solutions
• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and user experience
• Experience in designing high-quality mockups and interfaces
• Experience in analysing quantitative and qualitative data, and ability to use this insight to prioritize tasks and improve the User Experience
• Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or other similar programs.
• Confidence in creating prototypes and testing these with customers
• Knowledge of design methodologies and the ability to use them in cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage own workload and to both plan and execute on a strategy
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and explain your ideas to other designers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Great language skills (both written and spoken) in English and preferably in Norwegian

The Position reports to the Head of Program Management – SPARK . We are looking to hire for Volue office in Oslo and Trondheim but will be ready to consider other locations for the right candidate.
