Who are we and what do we deliver?
In Corporate Banking's division Product, Channels and Technology we have the responsibility for our employees IT solutions, in addition to the solutions that our corporate customers use - from our self-serviced channels till the central product systems.

The CB Channels family
The engineering power and solid product management form the core of the teams that we have in the virtual CB Channels Family. We are organized in different sections and divisions, but when we come to work, we create magic in DevOps teams that strive to be as autonomous as possible. The teams deliver value in the Corporate Banking's Channels, and the solutions used by our employees. Our DevOps teams need to make sure that the business applications they have responsibility for is maintained and developed according to DNB standards, and within the agreed cost plans. Even though we work in separate teams, we are one big happy common family of teams - that like to share good stories, learn, and collaborate across teams on the same areas of competence.

The Tech home in Corporate Banking
The section CB Digital Platform is the tech home for most of the Corporate Banking engineers and consists of 3 departments where each department has its team and people responsibilities. The teams have the same goals when it comes to competence and how we work - delivering everything from the ide phase to the product are in stable operations.

Salesforce in DNB
The team that you will be tech lead for will have the responsibility for running DevOps on the employee channels solutions including sales and advisory tool Salesforce. The goal is to create value for our employees and customers by:

• Easier to plan sales activities, do reporting and have dashboard overview
• Develop new features quicky in a modern tool
• Giving a better overview of dialogue with customers
• Give employee useful insight and support to act to data driven sales
• Provide a platform for collaboration and insight across Corporate banking and DNB

You as a Tech lead in Employee Channels

We are looking for someone that can:

• Inspire and develop team members - And further expand competency in the team - having an agile mindset
• Be an important player of discussions regarding how to make Salesforce even better for the users.
• Lead the IT development that will do Salesforce application even better - including clarifications, analysis and implementing
• Be a collaboration champion and sparring partner - Product & Tech - Internal and External vendors - Tech leads, Architects & engineers.
• Coordinate development needs with other areas
• Be the IT responsible for the business applications of the team.
• Make sure that security and governance is taken care of in the team
• Build Engineering culture - in the team and the rest of Corporate Banking
• Keep and attract new people to work for us - Support in Tech Recruitment
• Translate the DNB Group and Technology strategy into actions to reach overall goals for DNB.

What does our day look like?
As a Tech Lead you will be lead a DevOps team for a few trust-based teams of approximately 5-10 people. Each team is responsible for a certain part of the solution, from concept to design to implementation in all parts of the stack. The team you lead will be one of approximately 10 teams in the CB Channels family. Your role will be to support the team to perform their best, be compliant and deliver business value.

What knowledge and skills are we looking for?

• Bachelor/ Master within IT
• Experience with Tech leading
• Knowledge and experience about object-oriented programming (Java, C, C++, Salesforce Apex)
• Architecting complex large-scale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications
• Integration architecture and different integration patterns
• AWS or Azure (Preferably AWS)
• Agile development
• Version control systems and deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You are eager to learn and grow both as a developer and person.
• You believe that leadership is greater than management
• You enjoy working in diverse teams.
• You can adapt to changing requirement, and you're comfortable leading teams who are shipping early while maintaining the stability and robustness needed in banking services.
