We are seeking a Workday integration specialist to join our team at Sopra Steria

As a Senior Integration Consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing top-notch business systems and enhancing the employee experience. Your primary focus will be on driving the technical agenda and finding optimal solutions for Sopra Steria. You will work alongside a talented agile team of technical and functional Workday consultants, fostering a fun and dynamic work environment.

Who are we looking for?
We are searching for an experienced professional with a strong background in Workday integrations. You should possess a deep understanding of technical configurations and system details to solve concrete problems, while also keeping the broader perspective in mind. Collaboration is key, and you should be able to deliver results individually as well as through teamwork.

Key qualifications and responsibilities:

• Minimum three years of experience in testing, configuring and enhancing Workday integrations.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIBs, Report Writer, Calculated fields, XML, XSLT, SOAP and Rest APIs.
• Strong knowledge of cloud solutions, web services and integration challenges.
• Ability to translate organizational needs into actual technical solutions.
• Familiarity with different middleware and integration platforms.
• Interest in staying updated on technological trends.

Your typical responsibilities will include:

• Leading the technical aspects of gathering requirements, designing, building, testing, deploying and enhancing Workday integrations.
• Establishing monitoring and troubleshooting routines for integrations.
• Identifying improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.
• Collaborating closely with technical and functional Workday consultants, HR, IT, and other system owners to manage end-to-end HR processes.
• Working with ServiceNow and Salesforce developers to develop best in class business systems and employee services.
