Global Product Stewardship is a part of the marketing organization in Performance Coatings. As a member of our team, you will manage product documentation and data for all the products in the Jotun Performance Coatings portfolio.

We work closely with the different global and regional marketing departments, as well as R&D, sales and operations.

We are currently on a digital journey to develop more efficient processes and ways of working with product data and documentation, and we are involved in various digital projects ongoing in Jotun.

We have an open position as Global Product Stewardship Specialist. Are you our next team member?

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and manage product master data
• Provide label user support
• Create and maintain technical data sheets and application guides
• Administration of the color approval process
• Offer fast support to the global network by follow up on enquires to the department
• Contribute to improve our digital solution
• Participate and contribute to various cross functional projects
• Conduct other relevant Product Stewardship tasks and assignments

What we are looking for and what we offer:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor graduate within relevant subject or equivalent skills and knowledge acquired through job experience,
• Skilled in Microsoft 365 platform and ERP systems
• Experience with creating technical product documentation and labels is preferred
• Experience with product master-data creation and use across digital platforms is preferred
• Interest in digitalization of processes and open for learning and implementing new practices
• Proficient in verbal and written English
