About the job

Maritime Robotics is seeking a service minded and motivated Sales Support Specialist who will play an important role in supporting the sales department and help facilitate their road to success. As a Sales Support Specialist you will assist the sales team in obtaining and maintaining customer relations by coordinating and performing administrative and sales related tasks. Following up customer requests, ensuring the process of orders and inquiries, and scheduling meetings and appointments will be some of your main responsibilities.

Role description:

- Process orders, including registration of incoming inquiries and orders in the CRM-system.

- Performing administrative tasks for the sales department or other members of the team, including scheduling/planning client conferences and meetings.

- Assist the management team members and executives as needed.

- Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data.

- Generate and process sales inquiries.

- Prepare quotations and follow up existing leads.

- Assisting in the tender processes.

- Coordinate and complete specific projects as assigned.

- Other ad-hoc tasks by agreement with the Sales Managers

Desired profile:

- Preferred 3+ years’ experience in a B2B sales role, but recently graduated candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Bachelor degree within sales. Relevant work experience can compensate for lack of educational degree.

- Excellent communication and service skills.

- Commercial mindset.

- Technical understanding and interest. 

- Fluent communication skills in English.

- Ability and will to travel.
