Qualifications/requirements
- Higher Education. Minimum BSc degree
- Work experience: 3 years of HSE and QA experience, preferably in a global organization
- Industry experience: Not necessary, but an advantage
- Language: Fluent in written and verbal Norwegian and English
Main Responsibilities
- Maintenance of the QHSE management system
- Document and template management in the areas of responsibility
- Perform safety tours, internal and external audits
- Facilitate RISK assessments
- Follow up of NCRs and improvements, including RCA
- Support tender process
- Manage supplier online registrations
- Perform training in key topics
- Help build a strong QHSE culture
