We are seeking a highly motivated data warehouse consultant to join our team in Tromsø, Norway. 

The successful candidate will have the rare opportunity to help build a data environment,  using their expertise to create and maintain a cutting-edge platform with Azure Synapse.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing data solutions and connecting to various resources  on premise and in the cloud. You will work with data solutions, databases/data warehouses and business process automation in close cooperation with business units in KSAT.

Tasks

• Further develop data the environment with Azure Synapse
• Connect to various on premise and cloud-based data sources
• Create data sets and Power BI reports
• Provide insights that drive business decisions
• Work with the entire pipeline end-to-end
• Security/Compliance & Governance of the whole platform
• And other business-required tasks

Desired qualifications

• Experience with Azure Synapse 
• Advantage if you have Experience working with ServiceNow and other business systems
• Experience creating data sets for Power BI reports
• Experience with information architecture and integration architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
