Sensors and Robotics will soon be a new Business Area in Kongsberg Group. There has never been a more exciting time to work in Kongsberg Sensors and Robotics than right now.  

We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner that will deliver strategic and proactive support to managers and employees. You will play an active role in establishing the new HR department in Sensors and Robotics. We will cooperate closely with HR teams in Kongsberg Group.  

You will be an important member of several EVP Management Teams. The position will report to HR Director.

Key accountabilities/Main tasks 

• Coach, support and develop managers in daily operations on a wide range of tasks within employee lifecycle processes  
• Bring challenge and perspective to the business agenda 
• Execute and implement diverse HR strategies and processes according to business needs such as strategic workforce planning, comp&ben, people processes, change processes, organizational and cultural development, leadership development 
• Handle day-to-day HR related issues 
• Close cooperation with other HR functions throughout Kongsberg Group   
• Secure compliance with laws and regulations, as well as collaboration and negotiation with unions
  

Qualifications and experience  

• Relevant university degree  
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in relevant positions 
• Excellent communications and coaching skills 
• English and Norwegian
