We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our journey, where you will work with passionate colleagues across the Nordics, partnering with managers across the organization in Norway. The goal is to make sure we have the right focus to attract, retain and develop our employees to achieve the overall business strategy! Your main responsibility will be to support and coach our leaders, driving wide scope of HR topics such as Employee Relations, Organizational development, Leadership & talent and diversity and inclusion journey. You will be partnering with the business to drive people and culture transformations, working closely with several management teams where you contribute with both operational and strategic perspectives. You will report to our VP HR Nordic Baltic Zone, Tavar Bolouri. The position will be in our HQ in Oslo, Norway. Some travel across Norway including some Nordic visits is expected.

What you bring

• Previous professional experience in an HR role within a large/complex organization

• Experience in driving transformations and change management
• Labor law and knowledge of Norwegian collective agreements
• Digitally savvy, data driven approach with ability to rapidly learn new digital tools
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken

You are a relationship/team builder who navigates in a global matrix organization, you are curious and down-to-earth, business oriented and results driven. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy connecting with different stakeholders.
