Controller to Golar LNG

Golar LNG is looking for a talented Controller to join our team in Oslo and be the driving force behind making sure we reach success. Are you a motivated graduate/newly graduated professional who can keep us on track financially? If so, this could be your opportunity to make measurable contributions with meaningful implications! The position reports to the Senior Business Controller.

Main responsibilities:

-         Ensuring accuracy of financial data

-         Adjusting estimates for year-end forecasts

-         Creating financial rapports as required from internal/external stakeholders

-         Supervising our business intelligence software (Oracle / Power BI)

With all that comes a great opportunity to making an impact on our budget processes through cooperation between departments.  

We are looking for someone with these sets of skills:

-         Interest in the field of bookkeeping and accounting

-         Your experience ranges from Excel to word as well as an interest in other software systems (Power BI / Oracle is an advantage)

-         Fluency in English

-         Time management skills is paramount; being able to meet multiple deadlines even with a hectic schedule

-         Willingness to travel when needed to

-         Master’s degree in finance/accounting/ business analytics or similar related fields
