Own Retail Development Manager – MAN Norway

About the position

The purpose of the position is to optimize the performance of MAN Norway Own Retail through development & coordination of operational processes in local branches. (Per today: 9 Branches/workshops)

Responsibilities:

-Overall responsibility for development & coordination of MAN Norway Own Retail workshops

-Own Retail operations follow-up & support (financial-, customer satisfaction- & performance KPIs)

-Own Retail process development & management

-Own Retail HSSEQ management

-Own Retail central facility management

-Own Retail investment management (budgeting, steering & controlling)

-Various support to Customer Service Director

Preferred education & experience:

-Higher education within technical areas and/or business management/economics is relevant

-Experience from service business management is a must

-Experience from automotive business or related businesses is a plus

-Experience with quality- & process management is highly wanted

Key skills:

-Remote (digital) management skills are essential

-Strong skills in teambuilding and communication

-Analytics and statistics

-Structure and organization development

-Business performance management

-Flexible behavior skills. Connect with various levels (directors to mechanics).

-Language skills: Norwegian & English on business functional level

Personality:

-Self-driven and self-motivated

Location/traveling: The preferred office location for the position is MAN Norway headquarter in Lørenskog/Oslo.( In special cases, office at another MAN Norway location can be considered.). Business traveling to visit Own Retail workshops will be necessary.
