HR Business Partner at Telenor Group HQ 

Telenor Head Quarter is looking for an experienced HRBP that will ensure high standard of HR support. 

 

The role sits in the HR & Reward team within People Governance at Telenor Head Quarter. The team deliver high level HR service and support throughout the employee?s lifecycle to HQ leaders and employees, also utilizing third party HR shared services.

The HR Business Partner is a strategic advisor for our managers, helping them develop their leadership and their teams.

Role and responsibilities

You will be a strategic advisor, addressing the core aspects of leadership and people development, performance management and organization culture through excellent leaders and engaged employees. Advice, guide and support management in all people processes throughout the employment Lifecycle (recruitment, compensation & benefits, onboarding, learning & development, mobility, termination/exit). 

  • Responsible for delivering high quality HR support to key stakeholders, line managers and employees?? 

  • Secure high quality execution of defined yearly HR processes within area of responsibility? 

  • Facilitate defined and prioritized development activities? 

  • Secure compliance with labor law and local Telenor Group policies 

Qualifications and personal qualities

We are looking for you with a positive attitude, genuine interest in people, good collaboration skills and a mindset to provide good support throughout the whole organization. You should be self-driven and able to handle several parallel tasks, have a structured approach and focus on enabling the managers to independently run processes.? ? 

You need excellent communications skills at all levels and interact effectively across organizational boundaries. Fluent in any Scandinavian language and English.?? 

You must have strong integrity and the ability to take on the role as a 'trusted advisor' at management/strategic level. You must be committed, thrive for change, and see the value of working agile within the people area, manage discussions, facilitating processes and make tough decisions.? ? 

  • Experience from a Business Partner role or a consultant/advisor role?? 

  • Leadership experience and/or skills are an advantage?? 

  • Strong business understanding and strategic thinking?? 

  • Experience in supporting and facilitating processes for managers at all levels? 

  • Experience from working with restructuring and organizational change??

  • Experience with performance management? 

  • You need to be able to handle several complex processes at the same time? 

  • You should have an analytical mindset and a structured approach? 

  • You must be engaged and preferably innovative in your thinking? 

  • Good collaboration skills? 

 

Education and Professional Qualification

We are looking for candidates with a university degree, MBA, or similar. You should have experience from and high competence within the HR field and/or related fields combined with strong business and strategy understanding.?
