Do you want to work closely with Orkla ASA’s Management Team? Then this could be the perfect position for you!

Orkla ASA is going through a structural change and in our new set up we are looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to assist our management team. We are establishing a team of three assistants, two Executive Assistants supporting the nine EVP’s and one Personal Assistant supporting the President and CEO.

What should you expect from the role?

As EA, you will work closely with the management team and several other functions and employees across all areas and levels of the organisation. It is in your nature to be solution oriented, and to always go that extra mile. You are service minded, professional in everything you do, have integrity and the ability to work with precision. You have great work capacity and are very good at keeping structure and order in a hectic work environment. The EA reports to the PA to the President and CEO of Orkla.

The structural changes Orkla is going through gives you the opportunity to take part in an exciting journey in a new organizational structure, and participate in interesting projects together with professional colleagues. You will also have the opportunity being part of creating your own role.


What will you do?

  • Administrative support to the Orkla Management Team
  • Booking/coordination of meetings and administrative support together with your team
  • Facilitate small and larger meetings, both internally and externally
  • Travel booking, included visa applications, hotels, restaurants, and flights
  • Handling invitations and requests from various internal and external stakeholders
  • Administrative support of events and dinners
  • Routine tasks such as invoice management, registration of new supplier etc
  • Administrative support, such as travel manager and GDPR related tasks
  • Ad hoc tasks

Who are we looking for?

  • You have some years’ experience as executive assistant or similar
  • You strive to be a good colleague with a high level of service and proactivity, who also can work independently
  • You have relevant education, but relevant work experience can compensate for education
  • You enjoy to communicate, and handles both English and Norwegian equally well in oral and writing
  • Using new technology is not a problem for you and you handle all digital tools easily
  • You have the ability to easily establish efficient cooperation with similar roles among stakeholders and business partners
  • You have a professional way of representing Orkla, both internally and externally
