When you become our new HR Advisor you will have an excellent opportunity to provide operational support to our employees working across different locations in US, Europe, and Asia. The Payroll & Personnel Management team strive to deliver best in class service and advice globally within the fields of payroll and personnel administration such as onboarding, offboarding, personnel regulations and personnel data management.

The position is located in Oslo, and you will report to the Head of Payroll & Personnel Management.

What you will do

Responsible for input to external payroll provider and personnel management mainly for Norges Bank Investment Management in Oslo
Contact with our external payroll provider
Ensuring excellent data quality on personnel data in relevant systems
Participate in projects and initiatives streamlining and automating processes

What you need

An experienced HR professional with prior success in payroll processes and personnel administration
BA or Masters within the fields of HR, finance or equivalent
Demonstrate a strong focus on customer service, operational excellence, and standardization of approach
Experience in the use of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
Fluent in spoken and written Norwegian and English
