Our team enable the company in its ability to plan and execute marine installation activities anywhere in the world, overcoming the scheduling and resource constraints and client’s requirements with our unique HV cable installation -know-how. Getting a flying start

To succeed in our department, you have extensive experience from the offshore / marine / subsea industry. You have experience with a combined office, site, and offshore work environment. You have worked in companies that are project driven, and have activities related to installation of HV subsea cables. You have experience working domestically or internationally ideally with projects related to interconnectors, windfarms, or power from shore. You will be comfortable with ensuring quality and safety during the projects. You have extensive experience as “Lead Engineer” or some experience as “EM” and have experience in leading others through your natural initiative and drive.

How you make an impact

You will work in project teams as a specialist engineer on projects with focus on marine installation operations. To do this you lead and plan, you will drive marine installation activities in projects such as installation packages and supplier / subcontractors, procedures, plans, analyses, calculations and other documentation. In cooperation with others in the project team; you will prepare, review and follow-up specifications for equipment and services. In addition, you will be comfortable working with tender activities. You will also participate in developing and be responsible for technical solutions relevant in the department. You make a solid impact by participating in Quality and HSE activities internally.

Your starting point when you join

• Higher technical education (BSc / MSc degree) and relevant work experience.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience from offshore installation- and/or subsea operations.
• Solid experience from offshore/dynamic installation activities.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to rally all team members to maximum level of performance.
• Structured and accurate when reviewing/approving technical documentation/procedures.
• Creative, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
• Naturally distribute knowledge within your team and other interface areas.
• Excellent Norwegian and English language skills - both written and verbal.
