Our Department in Stavanger, Bergen and Trondheim is now looking for a Solution Architect.

What will you be doing?
We are now looking for Solution Architects with high interest for digitalization, technology and enterprise processes to join our highly skilled and solution oriented team in Stavanger, Bergen or Trondheim.

The role will be a part of the application development and support group and work close with the digitalization function to improve our core engineering and project management systems.

Responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to:

• Design and develop improved functional web applications to modernize and lift the existing core business critical systems
• Pursue improvements on system functionality and data integration
• Review business process and technical designs to ensure appropriate use of technology
• Ensure that system issues and enhancement requests are prioritized and addressed in line with business objectives
• Collaborate with departments to learn departmental procedures, investigate problems and identify Solutions
• Build adoption, capability, and self-sufficiency within the end-user population and foster an environment of continual process improvement

We think you should have:
With increasing demand for digitalization and data driven decisions in the industry, we are looking for new frontrunners within application development, modernization and optimalization. A Solution Architect with knowledge and passion for improving existing solutions by utilizing new data platforms, data engineering, analytics, data management and integrations, primarily in the cloud.

Relevant experience and/or knowledge in creating robust and future-proof solutions, such as:

• Solutions related to engineering, material management, logistics, project management & control
• Data modeling
• DevOps, DataOps, API, ADF, ETL/ELT
• Knowledge in web technology (ie JS, JQuery, CSS, HTML)
• Agile and solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent team player with good communication skills
• Presentation and moderation skills
