StormGeo is looking for a Billing Specialist in any StormGeo office location Europe

About the job

As Billing Specialist in StormGeo, you will be responsible to ensure that client contracts are arranged for billing within Salesforce, and that client invoices are sent out promptly and in accordance with contract terms. The Billing Specialist will maintain close contact with our clients, in addition to our sales, client support, and finance teams, to ensure issuance of timely and accurate invoicing. At StormGeo, the Billing Specialists work is integrated into the business development to create customer value.

You will report to QTC Manager, Inger Lise Sekkingstad and you will be based in any StormGeo office location in Europe. 

You will:

• Collaborate with the sales team to record newly-won client contract agreements within Salesforce, and prepare all necessary contract information in the system for initiation of billing
• Ensure existing contract information remains accurate and up-to-date for billing over the contract duration – including initiating change orders, and renewing or canceling existing contracts in the system when requested by the client and in accordance with the client contract terms
• Generate and approve invoices in accordance with the current contract delivery, for both variable and recurring charges, and in accordance with the client contract terms
• Maintain correspondence with and good flow of information between relevant members of the sales team, the client support team, the finance team, and clients regarding billing and contract changes
• Respond to requests to correct erroneous invoices as generated within Salesforce
• Other ad-hoc billing and finance tasks as necessary

We belive you have the ability to prioritize the workload in an agile manner, and are capable of communicating in a highly professional manner in both written and verbal formats with clients and the StormGeo team.
