Oceaneering AS, and our local Employee Solutions` team in Stavanger, is currently looking for a new colleague to join our team.

As a Senior HR Admin, you will become part of a global HR operations team, responsible for the delivery of key HR services and processes.

You will have the opportunity to work across the entire HR department, focusing on the HR system (PeopleSoft), HR administration, data and KPI analysis, and process improvements.

The position is based in our offices at Forus (Stavanger).


Job purpose/Accountabilities

  • Act as HR systems super-user focusing on development and improvement initiatives
  • Implement and enable new technology and functionality through strong stakeholder management including managers, employees, and HR business partners
  • Drive change management initiatives including development of communication strategies, development of training material and end-user support
  • Provide transactional and administrative support for processes covering the full employment life cycle. Examples include job postings, hiring and onboarding, terminations, leaves of absence, and updating employment records. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure processes are efficient and effective.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to a variety of stakeholders including new hires, employees, line managers, and HR business partners.

 

Area of Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot HR systems issues
  • Responsible for quality assurance and optimization of processes
  • Contribute to developing and improving data analyzes, KPI metrics, and reporting
  • Partner and cross- collaborate with various internal functions, including Payroll, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinate and arrange introductory meetings with HR for new employees, training activities and events
  • Produce HR related contracts, agreements, testimonials etc.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and identify associated impact to HR processes
  • Seek customer feedback and incorporate best practices
  • Follow up with 3rd party stakeholders including Nav and SSB


Formal Qualifications

  • Relevant BSC/MSC degree (HR, Economics, Business)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Norwegian and English


Skills/Knowledge/Experience

  • Experience utilizing a case management system to support stakeholders
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and contracts 
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High IT literacy and experience with ERP systems
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Meets deadlines and completes tasks in a timely manner
  • Minimum prior HR experience of 3-5 years
