Could you be our new Production Planner? You will be a part of our Production Control Center and report to Senior PCC Planner.

This position is located at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen.

Your daily task will be to coordinate maintenance and available resources to meet the NAS Part-145 production objectives.

You will optimize the use of the maintenance resources (manpower, tooling, hangars etc.) and adjust the production plan based on changes in the maintenance requirements.

You will be responsible for

• Primary coordinator contact for Part-145 project line and help with support towards engineering- and planning departments
• Have close dialog with Line- and Heavy planning with upcoming projects through winter seasons
• Create billing data to finance/warranty dept for internal warranty jobs and external technical support
• Backup as Production Planner on shift to cover absence, holidays, and internal courses
• Forecasting estimated workload: *) Estimate production workload, *) Track capacity required and total production workload volume, *) Establish the availability of facilities and planning of work packages
• Perform control and adjustment of production plans: *) Reassessment of plan, *) Evaluation and handling of deviations, *) Secure material, components, and resources for completion of required maintenance work
• Coordinate production-planning information: *) Attend different forums, planning and technical meetings
• Improve work processes: *) Develop efficient processes, work procedures and interfaces with other departments *) Perform production related projects

This job will be for you if

• You have experience from the aviation or other comparable industry
• You have experience from maintenance related business
• You have experience with production planning
• You have experience with AMOS or other maintenance management systems it will be an advantage
• You have knowledge about aviation legislation it is an advantage

• You have great attention to detail combined with comfort working on multiple tasks and responsibilities under tight timeframes and deadlines
• You have good problems solving skills
• You are structured and solution oriented
• You can develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and co-workers at all functional levels
• You can work independently and within teams
• You are fluent in one of the Scandinavian Languages as well as English
