The position plays a key role in supporting the controlling function to achieve and drive company?s overall improvement in process, automation and profitability.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Business Controller in establishing business and financial controls in cooperation with the Product Heads and Team Leaders
- Weekly job profitability analysis and monthly customer profitability reviews with Product Heads and Team Leaders
- Follow up on financial KPIs with operations and support the drive of agreed improvements
- Support the accurate and timely closure of month end activities
- Monthly follow up of operational cost deviations vs expectations
- Follow up on interface reconciliations between TMS and ERP
- Production of foreign exchange hedging reports during month end
- Production and distribution of subregional income statements and forecasting reports
- Reconciliation of balance sheet items relating to gross margin
- Support ad-hoc requests and projects from Senior Business Controller, Product Heads and CFO
Your Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent education
- Good communication skills in English is a requirement
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and usage of Microsoft tools and applications

- Highly motivated and "hungry" for new challenges with a positive can do attitude
- Structured, accurate, detailed and result-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines
- Interest in digitalization, automation and business analytics
