We are looking for new HSE Inspectors for our existing and new projects. The person we are looking for is a proactive team builder who is good at achieving results through collaboration. You will be part of the HSEQ team in Rosenberg Worley and be allocated to the relevant project onshore or offshore.

Duties and Responsibilities

Be an HSE resource to the Project HSE Manager in general HSE related issues
HSE inspections on regularly basis and be an assistance to the line management at Site
Facilitate HSE familiarization at Site for new arrives
Maintain HSE stations and HSE equipment at Site
Gas metering on regularly basis
Participate in tool box talks, SJA, risk assessments
Supervise all archived HSE- and SAZ reports
Present at the construction site: Check ongoing work, advise executing personnel, stops unwanted behaviour
Be a resource in emergency response situations and follow up on site
Be a resource in following up on HSE reports at Site, coordinate to the HSE advisor and team
Participate in regular safety rounds
Participate as advisor in Safe Job Analysis, work permits or in other similar risk assessments
Participate in tool box talks and HSE meetings with relevant information from HSE observations, campaigns, etc.

Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to achieving the projects HSE Visions and its associated requirements
Interfaces towards all project organisation
Ensure that all internal and external interfaces are identified and followed up within area of responsibility
Establish routines for effective communication between project participants
Ensure a good team spirit in the project within his area of responsibility

Qualifications

Relevant professional certificate (fagbrev)
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience as an HSE Inspector
Experience with ISO45001 is a benefit
Good written and verbal communication skills In Norwegian and English
Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish is a benefit
Experienced in conducting and or participating in relevant risk assessment activities
