Are you one of our new Production Engineers / Service Engineers?

We are now hiring 4 Production Engineers / Service Engineers. In these positions, you will acquire a thorough understanding of how our PEM FCM 400 fuel cell systems work and are operated. You will be part of the factory's core team for competence related to PEM FCM 400, including training of other production staff and customers.

We are looking for team players who are also able to work independently. You are probably motivated by contributing to the development of green sustainable technology. People who know you will describe you as a reliable person with great work capacity and ability to execute. Furthermore, you can identify problems and try to find a solution on your own initiative, either alone or in collaboration with suppliers or internal resources. If you recognize yourself in a description like this; please read further.

Job description

  • Develop and improve production processes and work instructions
  • Define acceptance criteria for qualification of manufactured quality
  • Inspection and troubleshooting of faulty parts in the production line / assembly
  • Training of other production staff and customers
  • Follow-up of production and product quality
  • Commissioning and servicing of our fuel cell systems at customer locations
  • The position will occasionally require some travel, but during periods without such assignments, participation in other work in the company will be required (e.g. assembly and testing)

Qualification requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electro, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical) or equivalent 
  • Good oral and written knowledge of Norwegian and English
  • Technical understanding of production processes
  • Experience from the maritime industry and / or production will be considered an advantage
  • We encourage recent graduates with a professional background to apply
  • Experienced service technicians may also be considered for these positions
