To fill the position as our Facility Operator, we are looking for a person with the following qualities:

Job description

Ensure that the building and the technical systems function as desired
Maintenance and repairs using the FVD system
Fire protection control and HSE (Norwegian: HMS)
Monitor and control the Building Management System (Norwegian: SD-anlegg), respond to alarms
Plan and carry out services and maintenance in collaboration with suppliers and production teams
Follow-up / project management of smaller construction projects
Follow-up of energy consumption in the building
Carry out various tasks as they arise

Qualification requirements

Preferably a practical background (construction operations, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.)
Technical college or equivalent is an advantage, but relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal competence
Basic knowledge of heating and cooling systems, sanitary, ventilation systems and electrical systems
Experience in the operation of buildings is an advantage
Digital knowledge
Good oral and written knowledge of Norwegian and English

ON A MISSION TOWARDS ZERO EMISSION

TECO 2030 accelerates the green transition in the maritime sector by delivering technology that helps ships to reduce their environmental and climate impacts. TECO 2030 Innovation Center AS is a subsidiary of TECO 2030 ASA. The Innovation Center, which is currently under construction in Narvik, Norway, will be Europe's first gigafactory facility for production of hydrogen-based fuel cells. Our fuel cell production target is 400MW in 2025, which is to be scaled up to 1.6GW in 2030.
