With help of modern software architecture principles and collaborative minds, we would like an optimistic Domain Architect joining for a better future for both employees and customers! My name is Tom Erik Sundal-Ask, and I am head of the Norwegian Digital Channels department within Telia’s Customer Experience Platforms. Our focus is to support the Norwegian customers in Telia, OneCall and Mycall, but still operate in a multi-national setup. In Digital Channels we are responsible for building the customer experience in the self-care web and app, in the webshops and the self-service portals for business administrators.

As Domain Architect for Digital Channels, you are responsible for setting the architectural direction for Norway aligned with common target architecture across the Telia countries. We are in close dialogue with the business and focus on being a trusted partner while ensuring customer value, securing stable system operations, and following local regulations.

• Being the technical facilitator and advisor for Digital Channels and implementing the local business agenda together with Digital Channels Management Team
• Directing the architecture within Digital Channels Norway, following local business and common multi-country agenda
• Working in close collaboration with our teams, Lead Domain Architect and Domain Architects for other countries, with the aim to design great solutions and a great development culture across units

Your experience:
You may be a quite new technical leader, or you may have many years of experience. More important is your innovative mindset and experience with modern web and app architecture/frameworks. We imagine that you already have some years of experience as an architect and have gained experience with a modern software development team, working with agile and DevSecOps. You should understand both English and Norwegian as working languages.
