As a new team member for our client, you will be responsible for subsea control systems engineering by defining the functional requirements for the Controls system delivered in projects. You will take charge of the sub-system design and technical scope, including client relations, and follow up project engineers supporting the project. You will use your expertise and project experience in technical negotiations with clients, clarify interface details towards other disciplines and participate in interdisciplinary reviews and workshops.
You probably have a Master or Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Control Systems or similar. Experience with technical management, knowledge about the oil and gas industry and specific knowledge of controls systems are beneficial, but not a prerequisite.
As a person, you are solution orientated and structured to solve complex challenges. You have relation building abilities and work well in a team-oriented environment, including cross-functional teams. You have excellent command of English, both written and oral.
