Product Manager

We are now looking for a Product Manager to join our product organization.

We are searching for commercially oriented and customer centric candidates who excels at identifying customer pain points and turning these into products, strengthening our product portfolio. The right candidate will have experience with product management or product development as the responsibility encompasses identifying gaps in the product portfolio, creating roadmaps, and creating requirements and specifications for development in AutoStore.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Be the voice of our Partner Network and end-users to make sure we spend time on solving the right problems
• Develop the product positioning, conduct competitor analysis and commercial strategy
• Create and prioritize business cases to justify investments decisions making sure AutoStore continue to deliver the best products
• Support and participate in sales and market initiatives to achieve revenue growth targets
• Through confidence and enthusiasm work closely with all stakeholders on development and release of products

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Higher education BSc/MSc within the field of business, marketing, or technology
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in product management within industrial or technology companies
• Proven knowledge of product management concepts, practices, and procedures such as developing and prioritizing roadmaps, business case analysis, data-driven product development, translate stakeholders' knowledge and experience into prioritized backlog items, using agile methodologies.
• Proficient language skills in English, oral and written, is a prerequisite. English is the working language at AutoStore
• We see it as a bonus if you also have experience from the material handling industry
