The European battery industry is on the rise and Norway is one of the key markets with its world leading share of electric vehicles. In 2022 Hydrovolt open the first recycling facility in Europe which will raise the bar and change the battery recycling industry forever. We now seek to build a world class team of people who is inspired by change, innovation, and circularity.

We are now looking for a hands-on, multi-talented Operator to manage our machines. You will report to the operations manager and play a key role in a small, highly skilled and agile team on a mission to raise the bar and change the recycling industry forever.

The person we are looking for is driven, caring and structured. You lead by example. Qualities that we cherish are flexibility, sense of quality, friendliness, motivation to take on new challenges, grit and a sense of humour.

We believe that you have :

• Proven experience as an Operator in an industrial setting.
• Truck license T1-T4.
• Focus on safety and problem solving.
• Fluency in Norwegian .

Bonus points for:

• Experience and interest in recycling industry.
• Fluency in other languages (English, Swedish, German, French, Spanish).
• Experience from a multi-cultural environment.
