We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our Analytics team and help us drive growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Organizing, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets stored in our comprehensive SQL Server data warehouse
• Creating insightful Power BI reports to inform decision-making across the organization
• Probing deeply into data to reveal any inconsistencies and discover potential issues

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a financial or technology setting
• Has advanced skills in SQL, Power BI, and Excel
• Is passionate about solving complex problems and uncovering insights in data
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Has excellent communication skills and can effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Has a desire to learn and improve
• Can handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
• Takes ownership of their responsibilities and follows through completion
• Has higher education in data, statistics, or business
• Familiarity or interest in Azure/cloud technologies, DataOps, machine learning, and R is a plus for this position

We are a rapidly growing company with a current team of 34 employees, and we are looking to expand our Analytics team from 2 to 3 members.
